Vintage Bliss
February 22, 2022
Sometimes photographic images become art. It’s all in the eyes of the viewer, but it seems to more readily happen when shooting with vintage lens. Here’s a series taken with two vintage lens – the Minolta MC 58 1.4 and the Minolta MC 135 2.8, both crafted by Minolta in the late 1960s.
Some of these images, particularly the one above, make me feel like I’m a kid again, playing in the grass… dreaming and daydreaming. There’s wonderment and a sense of having all the time in the world.
A detailed crop of the image can be seen below.
I’m just a struggling photographer, so appreciate both your interest and your sharing this post with friends. I believe good interior designers can create entire rooms around some of these images. If you’re interested in prints or a portrait session, just reach out! I’m user friendly.
How can I book a session or find our more about purchasing art?
Please email or call. I’m here in Houston. 847-420-0083 or efgimage@gmail.com. EFG Image LLC is a registered and insured Texas business.

I have a passion for seeking to capture the essence of a person. From CEOs to children, I treat everyone with respect. I photograph young and old, from this 97-year-old gentleman to the four-year-old child below.
Thanks for your time. You can find out more about me on this website.
